Location: Jeddah, Bahra Area Industry: Wood Manufacturing (Doors, Furniture, Wood Cladding, Decoration, and Rail) Company: BWFC Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the production process at our large-scale wood factory in the Jeddah Bahra area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing advanced production lines and large teams in the manufacturing of various wood products such as doors, furniture, wood cladding, decoration, and rail. This individual will also be responsible for managing production operations for large-scale projects including hotels, housing, palaces, and villas. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the complete production process for all types of wood products, ensuring timely and efficient operations. • Manage advanced factory production lines, ensuring high-quality standards and optimal production output. • Supervise and lead a large team of skilled operators, technicians, and other production staff. • Ensure all production activities comply with safety standards and regulations. • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and to meet project deadlines. • Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects such as hotels, housing complexes, palaces, and villas. • Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and quality. • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. • Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production. • Prepare and review production reports, ensuring that targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery. • Maintain and oversee proper maintenance of machines and equipment used in the production process. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the wood industry, especially in large-scale production environments. • In-depth knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, including doors, furniture, wood cladding, decoration, and rail production. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams. • Expertise in managing advanced production lines and ensuring high-quality output. • Ability to manage large projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets adhered to. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify production bottlenecks. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Relevant degree or certifications in industrial engineering, production management, or a related field. • Experience with large-scale projects such as hotels, villas, and palaces are highly desirable. • Fluent in English and Arabic language How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their CVs to ahmed.mukhtar@bunyangroup.com.sa Please note that only candidates with extensive experience in this field will be considered for this position.
