For infrastructure project in KSA. (civil, mech, elect.) Qualifications:- 1) University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Fluency in Arabic and English is required - written and oral skills. 2) 3-5 Years’ experience. 3) Willingness to travel. 4) Excellent communication skills, team player and self-starter. 5) Fully competent with Primavera, Expedition and Microsoft Projects Project Planning software. Responsibilities: 1. Work out BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from equipment drawings and piping isometrics. 2. Prepare detailed project execution plans considering time, manpower and material requirements in consultation with Project Manager. 3. Prepare material requisition for insulation material and ancillaries. 4. Coordinate with Project Engineers, to prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly work progress and manpower reports. 5. Coordinate with Stores In-charge to prepare analyzed material availability report against work execution schedule and prepare material requisition according to Project Manager’s directions. 6. Prepare forecasting, 3 weeks look ahead schedule and submit weekly to client. 7. Prepare analyzed reports on cost variance between budgeted and actual cost. 8. Regularly interact with client to discuss, project specifications, work progress and prioritize any task against to the original plan. 9. Prepare monthly invoices against work completed and submit to Project Managements and Accounting dept. for further process. 10. Prepare estimates for additional work, change in order from client. 11. Undertake any other responsibility assigned BY Project Manager Computer Literacy: MS Office with good command on MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera Project Planner or any other planning software MS project knowledge would be added advantage.
