Department Operations/Project Management Reports to Projects Manager Purpose & Scope This position is responsible for oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. the role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality structures. This position demands a proactive leader with a strong background in civil engineering and large / medium scale construction projects. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial parameters • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and addressing any delays or issues promptly • Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards • Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes • Identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management • 10+ years of experience in project management of large / medium scale projects • Must have previous experience working with a reputable contractor in the UAE and familiar with local codes and standards 2 • Result oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results • Takes active ownership of problems and provide timely and result focused solutions • Outcome-driven with strong communication skills. • Valid driving license is a plus على من تنطبق عليه الشروط ارسال CV على الايميل التالي: jobs@jea.org.jo
