• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in wet infrastructure projects. • Proven expertise in wet infrastructure design and master planning, particularly in water and wastewater systems. • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS. • Basic knowledge of ArcMAP. • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken. • Proficient in technical writing.
