We are looking to hire Business Development Officer – Female- to handle the following tasks : • Work with teams to develop business plans aimed at achieving the company revenue aligned with vendor targets - updated quarterly. • Monitor account performance vs. account plan on monthly basis and redirect efforts when goals are not being met. • Conduct high-impact presentations and proposals with decision makers including senior-level management of vendors. • Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative sales programs to stimulate customer interest and demand. • Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business. • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers. • Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the company. • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential clients. Qualifications : • The candidate should be handling Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineer, Pharmacy or any related field . • Excellent English Language (Advanced Level). • Should have experience in the same field from 2-4 years.
