Minimum Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university. • 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in consultancy firms or contractor technical offices, preferably with large-scale or mixed-use projects in Jordan, KSA, or the GCC. • Excellent command of architectural documentation: IFC drawings, design intent, shop drawings, material submittals, and detailing. • Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural systems (façades, finishes, interior fixed furniture, etc.), materials, detailing, and coordination with structural/MEP disciplines. • Solid knowledge of Saudi Building Code and municipal/authority regulations in KSA, including submission and approval processes. • Proven ability to review and coordinate architectural drawings with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP) and with contractors/consultants. • Strong leadership and mentoring ability to guide a technical shop-drawing team. • Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff (CAD/BIM technicians, detailers) and ensuring quality control of all deliverables. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
