Position Overview: The Sales Operations be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue through indirect customer interaction, lead generation, and detailed analysis of market data. This role focusing on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making While building up the Standard work of the company and supporting to sustain the workflow via CRM and other business tools Key Responsibilities: - Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. - Follow-up: Perform regular follow-ups on Suppliers, leads and potential customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. - Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects and clients using CRM software and ensure the pipeline is updated regularly. - Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities. - Order Processing: Manage the sales process from order to delivery, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment. - Reporting: with help of the sales and Technical Team its needed to develop, present sales and business performance reports to the management team, including sales forecasts, competitor analysis, Sales Funnel Management, and market analysis. - Sales Strategy: Assist the business development Manager in formulating business strategies based on analysis of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor performance. - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Marketing Activities: Support the design and execution of the company marketing activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, Proposals or customer service. - Previous experience as a business analyst or data analyst is a plus. Technical Skills: - Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of the Jordanian Industrial market including tenders and orders processing - Experience with business analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is desirable. - Experience in Order Process Cycle and Reporting. Personal Attributes: • Detail-oriented, very well organized, and self-motivated. • A team player with the ability to work independently. • Strong work ethic with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
