We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer with expertise in automation systems to perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and services for Filling and Packaging Equipment in the beverages industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming, HMI configuration and industrial control system ensuring optimal performance of filling and packaging production line machinery, the role requires frequent travel, excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet the project needs. Key Responsibilities: • Perform installation, I/O test, startup and commissioning of filling and packaging equipment focusing on electric and automation systems integration. • Configure and troubleshoot PLC program (e.g Siemens Tia Portal, and B&R) HMI’s and SCADA system to ensure seamless operation. • Conduct system diagnostics and resolve issues related to sensors, actuators, servo drive and other automation components. • Documents technical activities including commissioning report, fault log and service report. • Ensure compliance with safety and regulations and industry standard during all on site field operations. Your Profile • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. • Two years or above of experience in field of equipment maintenance, testing, commissioning and/or equipment overhauling. • Technical Knowledge on Automation (Siemens, Elau & AB) • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus) • Availability to travel up to 90 % Including International locations (Worldwide) • Previous experience with filling and packaging industry is a plus • Very Good command in English.
