Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Engineer with experience or strong interest in industrial safety solutions, including gas detection systems, fall protection equipment, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) solutions, and personal protective equipment (PPE). This role bridges technical expertise and customer needs by delivering product support, field service, and solution integration. The ideal candidate brings hands-on capability, excellent communication, and a passion for industrial safety. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply under the Jordanian Engineers Association (JEA) Training Program. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Product Expertise in Safety Solutions: Acquire in-depth knowledge of safety products and systems, including specifications, applications, and compliance standards (e.g., gas monitors, fall protection systems, LOTO devices). • Site Demonstrations & Field Trials: Conduct live demos and field trials to showcase safety solution performance and provide tailored recommendations to clients. • Field Service & Calibration: Execute on-site diagnostics, calibration, and servicing of safety devices to ensure functionality and compliance. • Product Evaluation & Integration: Review and assess new product lines for technical suitability and support product introduction strategies. • Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Act as a trusted technical advisor, handling inquiries, providing user training, and ensuring after-sales satisfaction. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields). • Strong interest in or hands-on experience with safety solutions or instrumentation is preferred. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Willingness to travel overnight for site visits, demos, and support services . • Fresh graduates enrolled in the JEA Training Program are encouraged to apply. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: • Exposure to gas detection, fall protection, LOTO, or PPE systems is an advantage. • Familiarity with calibration or inspection tools. • Awareness of safety regulations (OSHA, ANSI, etc.). • Safety or technical training certifications are a plus. ________________________________________ What We Offer: • A dynamic and supportive work environment. • Technical mentorship and hands-on experience with leading safety solutions. • Opportunities for growth in the fast-growing industrial safety sector. • Competitive salary, training, and career development support. ________________________________________ ????
