Department Operations/Project Management Reports to Project Manager Purpose & Scope This position is responsible for managing and executing construction projects, including planning, coordination, execution & delivery. The role involves working closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery within the given time frame and budget. This position will also be responsible for conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports. • Responsible for Assuring and Monitoring that the works executed and materials are in accordance with the drawings, specification and contract. • Ensure that approved procedures are adopted within his site. • Ensure that staffs are adequately qualified and experienced in their relevant discipline to perform the duties entrusted to them in a satisfactory manner. • Ensuring that staff are familiar with all relevant procedures and have controlled access to these required documents. • Executing daily operations of construction activities. • He should direct the foreman and work force. • Ensuring that the work is as per relevant approved procedures • Responsible to carry out the work at site in compliance with QC / (OWNER REPRESENTATIVE / AUTHORITIES)’S Instruction. • Execute daily operations of construction activities. • Ensure that works are coordinated in an effective manner so that programmed objectives are achieved. • Review quantities of materials, equipment, manpower, and skilled labors to commence the site work. 2 Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management • 5+ years of experience in Construction projects of large / medium scale projects • Must have previous experience working with a reputable contractor in the UAE and familiar with local codes and standards • Result oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivers best results • Takes active ownership of problems and provide timely and result focused solutions • Outcome-driven with strong communication skills. • Valid driving license is a plus. على من تنطبق عليه الشروط ارسال CV على الايميل التالي: jobs@jea.org.jo
