Hussein Atieh and Sons Co Jordan is looking for Project Manager with a strong background in Industrial Projects to lead and manage complex Industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in similar projects. This role requires exceptional technical, organizational, and leadership skills to oversee all phases of project execution — from Implantation to budgeting and performance monitoring. ______________ Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution both onsite and offsite, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. • Deliver high-quality, technically sound outputs including reports, designs, calculations, and drawings. • Ensure strict adherence to the approved project baseline, including scope, timeframes, and budget. • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain internal compliance. • Facilitate ongoing coordination between engineering teams, superintendents, and external stakeholders. • Provide full auditing and quality assurance of work performed, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and contractual requirements. • Attend and represent HAE in all internal and external project meetings. • Drive risk mitigation, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making in a high-pressure environment. ______________ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Degree from a recognized university with a strong academic record. • 15+ years of experience in Industrial projects. • Strong technical knowledge regulatory standards. • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to write technical reports and develop project documentation. • Strong command of MS Office tools and data reporting techniques. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets across large-scale infrastructure projects.
