Position Overview HAE is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in water networks to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to water network projects. This role requires exceptional technical, organizational, and leadership skills to oversee all phases of project execution — from Implantation to budgeting and performance monitoring. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution both onsite and offsite, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. • Deliver high-quality, technically sound outputs including reports, designs, calculations, and drawings. • Ensure strict adherence to the approved project baseline, including scope, timeframes, and budget. • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain internal compliance. • Facilitate ongoing coordination between engineering teams, superintendents, and external stakeholders. • Provide full auditing and quality assurance of work performed, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and contractual requirements. • Attend and represent HAE in all internal and external project meetings. • Drive risk mitigation, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making in a high-pressure environment. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus). • Degree from a recognized university with a strong academic record. • 15+ years of total experience, with at least 10 years in water network projects. • Strong technical knowledge of water infrastructure, and related regulatory standards. • Proficiency in project delivery under Build contracts, and working knowledge of FIDIC Red Book • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to write technical reports and develop project documentation. • Strong command of MS Office tools and data reporting techniques. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets across large-scale infrastructure projects. • Residency in Ramtha, Jordan is highly preferred. to apply for the vacancy please send your cv through the email : recruitment@hae.com.jo
