Qualifications • Junior level - Fresh graduate up to one year of experience with a sufficient technical background. • Holding a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics engineering, or any other related degree. • Possess a logical thinking approach, enthusiastic and continually learning, with an up to date technical knowledge. • Presentable, organized and has excellent communication skills. • Excellent command of the Arabic and English languages. • Occupying hardware skills for camera installation and being able to use basic hardware tools and drilling equipment. • Knowledge in PC hardware and their installation. • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge in Microsoft operating systems and servers, particularly Windows server 2008 R2 and Windows server 2012 R2, is a plus. • A car is a must. Job Description & Duties • Installing and configuring IrisGuard’s iris recognition software and cameras. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners. Carrying in-house technical support requirements and assisting system administrators. • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues. Responding promptly to client support requests (in offices & field) and assisting them in a timely manner. Writing and maintaining documents, manuals and user guides. Providing timely and accurate status & progress reports to management. Train technical people and end users. Install and configure windows operating systems and servers. On-call work may be required, particularly where continual 24-hour operation
