Essential Job Responsibilities • Plan & coordinate all Service Center activities & requirements. • Handling & processing service requests internally & externally. • Greet and welcome customers and handling their requests in a professional manner. • Processing customer orders, transactions including billing & deliveries. • Prepare proposals for customer inquiries. • Generate service sales leads. • Organizing & filing all documents related to the Service Center department. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
