Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our team with the following duties, responsibilities and qualifications: Duties & Responsibilities: • Overseeing Maintenance Activities: Planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently in the project. • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying issues in systems and equipment and developing solutions to minimize downtime and improve performance. • Monitoring System Performance: Regularly assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes to ensure optimal operation. • Implementing Preventive Maintenance: Establishing and managing programs to prevent equipment failures through routine inspections and proactive repairs. • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring that all operations and maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. • Two years of proven experience in construction field especially in industrial projects. • Excellent command of the English language. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing • Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and similar programs. • Strong communication Skills to work effectively with client, contractors and team members.
