Sector: Contracting and Construction Years of Experience 15+ Years Qualification: Engineering Degree / Civil Preference Salary: 45,000 to 60,000 SAR Description: The Director of Development and Engineering is responsible of managing and overseeing all activities related to Projects Management and Contract Management in the company to ensure that the execution is in accordance with the set of objectives, targets, policies and processes. The candidate must: 1-Ensure the implementation of strategic goals, business plans, budgets and resources for the Development function in accordance with the overall strategy and the Development Management function. 2-Promote accountable environment with clear and defined employees’ responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities. 3-Provide recommendation (if needed) on the finalized detailed designs related to the identified opportunities/projects. 4-Provide general management, operational and technical direction to subordinates with regards to the various aspects and phases of the project 5-Oversee the project execution and monitoring activities through managing delivery in accordance to project set time, quality and budget. 6-Report and provide periodical reports to Development Management Office (head office) on project progress, performance, issues, client satisfaction and financial position to facilitate decision making within the branch. 7-Initiate and monitor project payment requests to sub-contractors in coordination with the Development Management Office (head office). 8-Manage and supervise contract’s schedule progress against actual work progress, and ensure delivery of the requirements in line with the contract or agreement. IMPORTANT NOTE: A TRANSFERABLE SAUDI IQAMA IS NEEDED FOR THIS POST.
