Job Description Technical Manager Core Purpose: Monitoring, controlling to manage the operational implementation of production line process starting from receiving raw materials till finished goods, creating new paints formulates or modifying as needed to produce best quality of paints items comparing with competitors market, with provision of technical service for the product before and after sale. Responsibilities: 1-Ability to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively. 2-Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and coating systems integration. 3-Ability to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation. 4-Overall responsibility of managing the development of existing products and newly developed products for all stages in accordance with company procedures. 5-Overall responsibility of searching and evaluating the new/ alternative raw materials for quality improvements and/ or cost reduction purposes in accordance with company procedures. 6-Overall responsibility of assigning and controlling the required raw material specifications, product formulations and product test requirements. 7-Streamline the product formula and revise the manufacturing steps. 8-Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems. 9-Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage availability. 10-Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members. 11-Make presentations on work statues, present monthly and annual reports to senior management if required. 12-Provide technical support to sales staff & customers. 13-Meet with company's clients, and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and track new products. Qualifications & Skills: 1-Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or Since. 2-Minimum 10 years experience in Technical. 3-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English. 4-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
