Education: Degree in civil or mechanical engineering MBA or master’s in management in highly desirable Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in large and complex facilities management that includes but not limit to: • HVAC systems • Firefighting system • AHU • Boiler • Compressed Air • Water treatment • Chillers • Generators • Pumps Managing big team of outsourcing service provider Skills: • English language is a must • Presentation skills • Negotiating and influencing skills • Leadership skills • Knowledge in continuous improvement system (IWS or IOS) is highly desirable Please read the job requirements quite carefully and apply only if you are matching the job requirements.
