Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in maintenance within a pharmaceutical, chemical veterinary, or biotech manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of GMP, validation, calibration, and qualification processes. • Experience with utilities systems such as HVAC, purified water, and compressed air. • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment, utilities, and building systems. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team’s daily operations, assigning priorities and ensuring tasks are completed on time. • Maintain calibration, qualification, and maintenance records in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments to minimize downtime and support production schedules. • Plan and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement of tools, materials, and services. • Oversee maintenance and validation of HVAC, purified water systems, cleanrooms, compressed air, and other critical utilities. • Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in production equipment. • Participate in audits (internal and external) and ensure timely closure of maintenance-related findings. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency. • Train maintenance staff on safety, GMP practices, and technical skills. • Proficiency in documentation, report writing, planning, and reading and interpreting technical drawings. • Familiarity with heating and cooling systems used in pharmaceutical production. please send your CV to: hr.pharmaceuticalc@gmail.com job location : Irbid - Al Rumtha
