Job Description QC Manager Core Purpose: Manage the inspection & testing activities of raw material and finished goods as well as control of the non-conforming material (either raw material or finished goods) and control of monitoring and measurement equipment "calibration". Responsibilities: 1-Overall responsibility of inspecting and testing the incoming raw material against the pre-defined specifications in accordance with test manuals and company procedures. 2-Overall responsibility of inspecting and testing the production batches against the predefined test requirements in accordance with test manuals and company procedures. 3-Monitor production batches and set inspection check points during manufacturing processes. 4-Assign day to day tasks for chemists and technicians for all QC team. Lead and Guide the team through providing directions, training and reviewing the completed work effectively. 5-Perform the troubleshooting for all QC rejections and provide the adjustment instructions to production. 6-Control the non-conforming material (raw material & finished goods) in accordance with company procedures. 7-Control the monitoring and measurement equipment "calibration" in accordance with company procedures. 8-Participate in customer complaint and problem investigations. 9-Guide the Quality Control Chemists in evaluating the new technologies from raw materials suppliers. 10-Update of RM specification records. 11-Provide technical support to sales force & customers. Qualifications & Skills: 1-Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. 2-Minimum 8 years experience in Quality Control. 4-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English. 5-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
