Essential Job Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored service solutions. • Drive sales growth by generating service sales orders that meet or exceed financial targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. • Create and execute strategic account plans to expand service offerings and increase customer retention. • Conduct market research to identify target industries, key decision-makers, and emerging service opportunities. • Work closely with the Marketing team to leverage campaigns, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects into long-term clients. • Manage and update customer records in CRM to track interactions, monitor sales progress, and ensure accurate reporting. • Deliver technical presentations and services demonstrations to potential and existing customers. • Negotiate contracts and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Location In any of the company Branches Experience 2-4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in services sales. General Skills • Strong network and relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Developing a strong work ethic. • A positive and energetic atmosphere.
